SEAMEO INNOTECH COMPLETES TEACHEXCELS THAILAND BATCH 1

SEAMEO INNOTECH graduated its first batch of learners under TEACHeXCELS Thailand last 02 September 2011. A total of 37 of the 41 learners passed the course after the conduct of assessment interviews a day before the graduation. Dr. Sombat Suwanpitak, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Thailand’s Ministry of Education, graced the graduation ceremony and advocated the continuous implementation of TEACHeXCELS. Mr. Philip J. Purnell, manager of SEAMEO INNOTECH Programs Office, represented Center Director Dr. Ramon C. Bacani. Dr. Sangob Intaramanee, director of the National Institute for the Development of Teachers, Faculty Staff and Educational Personnel (NIDTEP) was also present to give a message to the successful graduates.
