DT4E harnesses the frontiers of educational technology to make teaching, learning, and classroom management smarter, more meaningful, and more efficient. Recognizing that access to reliable devices and bandwidth remains uneven across the Southeast Asian region, DT4E also builds mid-tech and low-tech solutions—offline tools and low-bandwidth lessons—that bring digital learning to remote, rural, and underserved communities. Alongside the tools, DT4E aims to strengthen digital citizenship and socio-emotional learning, so learners and educators can navigate emerging technology ethically and responsibly.

EIAP is a research and development program that identifies promising school-based innovations and accelerates them — so a good idea born in one classroom can be adopted, contextualized, scaled, or replicated for diverse learners everywhere. Working hand-in-hand with the educators who develop them, EIAP provides mentoring, coaching, pitching opportunities, and seed grants to help grassroots innovations reach as many learners as possible.
