Neilbrien A. Pamo is a licensed professional teacher. He is affiliated with San Vicente Elementary School, Bani, Pangasinan of the Schools Division Office 1 Pangasinan, Department of Education.

As a profession-based scholar, he currently finished the academic course requirements for the Doctor of Education in Educational Administration at Far Eastern University (FEU), Manila. His Master of Arts in Education in Educational Management was obtained at Pangasinan State University Open University Systems (PSU-OUS). He earned the Bachelor of Elementary Education in English at the University of the East (UE) Manila.

His research interests include Instructional Leadership, Trends and Issues in Education, and Parental Involvement in Education.
