In support of the ASEAN Vision 2015 of an integrated ASEAN community, SEAMEO INNOTECH launched the Weaving Identities website, a teacher toolkit that contains information and resources about the Southeast Asian community.

A Weaving Identities photo competition was launched in January 2013 to enjoin everyone in promoting the Southeast Asian community and at the same time enhance the resources in the website. Numerous entries were submitted from all over the region that highlight the Southeast Asian culture, politics and economics.

The Weaving Identities Teacher Toolkit was also tried out in two elementary schools in Brunei Darussalam. This was conducted in 28-29 May 2013. The Toolkit was also tried out in ten schools in six SEAMEO member countries.
