The project aims to equip participants of a distance education course with knowledge, skills, attitudes and values in planning and implementing school-based evaluation and to utilize results in planning school improvement programs. Thirty (30) self-learning modules and six (6) instructional video tapes were prepared. The project was pilot tested in Pangasinan State University, Lingayen, Pangasinan.
