Monthly Spotlight – November 2019 Issue

Monthly Spotlight is an electronic publication of SEAMEO INNOTECH which features a certain research or learning program. For the month of November 2019, we feature the Open High School Program of the Philippines.

The Open High School Program (OHSP) has been in place since 2006.This was developed by the Philippine Department of Education as a response to the increasing number of high school drop outs and out of school children and youth. Years after its implementation, the OHSP has been one of the alternative modes used to encourage learners to continue their schooling, especially for those who are in conflict situations.
