This is a new partnership project with the Department of Education to address the increasing number of out-of-school children by providing them a flexible alternative learning system. The first activity of the project was a Workshop to Design the K to 12 Flexible Learning Options, conducted last 1 – 5 April 2013 through which the FLO Guidelines were drafted. This was followed by a Validation Workshop of the FLO Guidelines last 6 – 8 May 2013.
