As ALS Teacher, I truly have this responsibility to engage learners in understanding the rights and responsibilities of being a digital citizen. It’s not enough that I teach them how to use computer & other electronic gadgets but beyond this is to deeply understand that whatever digital footprints we left online will be other people’s references to define of who we are. </span>

Digital Citizenship is indeed not a simple thing. It brings us huge opportunity to connecting in the entire world. Truly, shaping our  digital footprints, requires answers to the following questions. What do I look like when I post it? Is this going to be permanent or is there a way for me to delete it? Am I giving away too much about myself? Is it necessary for other people to know this? What I really want other people to know? How will I feel when other people share it without my knowledge? Does it passed the billboard test?
