Can I share the books, applications and links with our teachers in schools now?

I not sure if the School allow students to use Facebook in the classroom. For the Teacher here,  Do you allow your students to bring smart phony and using Facebook in the classroom? Sorry for my English. I am an Arabic Teacher.
