Kaugnay ito ng naging resulta ng 2024 Functional Literacy, Education, and Mass Media Survey (FLEMMS) kung saan lumabas na 70.8% lamang ng mga Pilipino ang may functional literacy o may kakayahan sa comprehension at application.
“Kasi ang teachers ang nag-she-shape sa ating learners kung bakit tayo nagkakaroon ng ganitong outcome,” saad ni Ravago.
Kinakailangan umano ng interventions at proper training para sa mga guro.
