EMU PROJECT ASSOCIATE (Multimedia)

JOB SUMMARY

Provides technical inputs and support services as well as other inputs to projects, activities and tasks in organizing multimedia productions and assistance in mounting online events in support of Center programs, projects, knowledge dissemination and promotion activities for internal and external clients.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The job involves creating and producing visual content across various media platforms. Responsibilities include:
    • Graphic Design: Developing visual concepts, layouts, and graphics for digital and print materials such as websites, social media, advertisements, and marketing collateral.
    • Video Production: Shooting and editing video content for promotional videos, tutorials, presentations, and other multimedia projects.
    • Animation and Motion Graphics: Creating animated graphics, motion typography, and visual effects to enhance multimedia presentations.
    • Photography: Capturing and editing photographs for use in digital and print media.
    • Content Creation: Generating engaging multimedia content that resonates with target audiences and enhances brand awareness.
    • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in industry-standard design and multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Final Cut Pro, and others (not necessary but a plus)
    • Project Management: Managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
    • Collaboration: Working closely with various teams to achieve project goals.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Attainment

  • Completion of a baccalaureate degree in Communication Arts, Mass Communication, Multi-MediaArts, Advertising, or any related academic discipline.

Work Experience

  • At least 6 months of relevant work experience.

Other Notes: 

  • Candidates for this position should ready  a strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills in multimedia design, video production, animation, and graphic design.
