INNOTECH INVITES BIDDERS FOR IH RENOVATION PROJECT

SEAMEO INNOTECH, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) is inviting contractors registered with and classified by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) to apply for eligibility to bid for the renovation of its International House – the Center’s facility that houses guests and training participants.

Prospective bidders should possess the following requirements: (1) a valid PCAB License under Category SMALL B, (2) have completed a similar contract with a value of at least 50% of the approved budget for the renovation contract, and (3) have key personnel and equipment available for the execution of the contract.

The BAC will use non-discretionary pass or fail criteria in the eligibility check and screening. All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of RA 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation.

Application forms are available at the Procurement and General Services Office, located on the ground floor of the main building of SEAMEO INNOTECH. Together with the accomplished form, prospective bidders should submit a letter of intent to the BAC Chair (Mrs. Grace Cuadro) and pay a non-refundable amount of Five Hundred Pesos (PhP 500.00).
