INNOTECH Director Leonor Magtolis Briones Welcomed at the 2024 Vin D’Honneur
Former Education Secretary and INNOTECH Center Director Dr. Leonor Magtolis Briones was invited to the annual Vin D’Honneur, a diplomatic event hosted by Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos and First Lady Liza Araneta Marcos last January 11, 2024. The event is an official reception held at Malacañang Palace for the diplomatic community during the New Year and another during Independence Day.
Dr. Briones joined fellow members of the diplomatic corps as they celebrated the New Year and the anniversary of the Philippine independence. The event also served as Philippine government’s recognition of the partnerships forged with the diplomatic community, including SEAMEO INNOTECH.
