For our regular training programs, we normally send invitation to the Department of Education/Ministry of Education to nominate participants to the program guided by our own selection criteria. However, should you be interested to join our regular programs, please send us a message.
SEAMEO INNOTECH is not a scholarship granting institution. The regular programs that we offer on full scholarships, however, is via nomination of the Department of Education/Ministries of Education of each country. You may reach out to your respective Department of Education/Ministries of Education for possible scholarship to our learning programs.
Yes, we do customized training programs based on the needs of target participants. The professional fee would be based on the nature and scope of the program. You may inquire by sending us a message.

We want your assignments to reach the right team on time so we do not recommend submitting requirements/assignments outside of the course. If you are having problems accessing your iFlex account, kindly refer to the Learner’s Guide provided to you during the course orientation. You may also contact the technical support at 09178613022.
Not at the moment, but our courses are credited as Graduate School units the moment they enroll and are accepted as students in our partner Teacher Education or Higher Education Institutions located all over the Philippines and selected universities in Southeast Asia.

For Teachers, we offer the following courses: GURO21 Course 1 (Facilitating the Development of 21st Century Skills for Southeast Asian Teachers) and Course 2 (Developing Higher Order Thinking Skills), Teach On: Keeping the Passion Alive, and Becoming A Better Teacher Everyday.

We also offer customized blended (combination of online and Face-to-Face sessions) learning courses, such as “Training of Trainers (TOT) on the Flexible Learning Pedagogy”; “Capacity Building for Flexible Learning Facilitators”; “Development of Self Instructional Modules for Flexible Learning Delivery” and including, but not limited to, “Development of Learning Management Systems” for Flexible Learning Courses.

MOOC, or Massive Open Online Course, is an online course that can accommodate huge number of enrollments. This provide greater access to quality education and training. Currently, our MOOC programs are short courses offered for free on the KEEP platform.

Our MOOCs are hosted on the KEEP platform. You will need to create an account to access and join our MOOC programs on the platform. After activating your account, simply search for the course and click the Enroll button to participate in the course.

INNOTECH is an accredited CPD provider of the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission (PRC). Five of our online programs (GURO21 Course 1, GURO21 Course 2, TEACHeXCELS, SUPEReXCELS, and Teach On) are accredited with 15 CPD units. While other courses are not yet accredited by PRC, you can still apply them for self-directed learning when renewing your teaching license.
Aside from CPD credits, completing our learning programs will also grant you an International Certificate, as well as equivalent academic credits for graduate programs from our partner colleges and universities.
SEAMEO INNOTECH is also an accredited Learning Service Provider of the National Educators Academy of the Philippines (NEAP).

INNOTECH has 3 function halls (LB Soriano Hall, DF Hernandez Hall, Pearl Hall) that can be rented for learning events. We also have training rooms and conference rooms that can be rented for meetings and small events. However, due to the current health situation, we are not offering our facilities for external events. Nonetheless, you may still send us a message to inquire about the price and availability of the venue.
