Excellence in Leading Education in Emergency Situations for Southeast Asian School Heads, or LEADeXCELS, is an online course intended to equip school leaders with the competencies needed in performing their roles in school disaster risk reduction and management (DRRM). At the end of the course, you are expected to lead your schools to become more resilient and better prepared to face emergencies.
