The Southeast Asian School Leadership Program (SEA-SLP) is designed as a reflective learning journey that will provide our school leaders with the opportunity to reflect back on their experiences, claim the important lessons learned and integrate these into the regular school processes. The solutions which were proven effective need to be replicated, adapted and scaled-up for a stronger, more agile and resilient school system. By the end of this program, our school leaders will be able to confidently respond to this essential question: What important lessons did we learn from this pandemic and how can we evolve as better school leaders than we were before this crisis?

SEA-SLP is a program under the SEAMEO Educational Development Fund (SEDF). Participation to the program is by nomination of the Ministry/Department of Education.
