DISTRICT EDUCATION OFFICIALS TOUCH BASE WITH COMMUNITY STAKEHOLDERS

As part of the requirements of the course, education district supervisors enrolled in the leadership program of the Department of Education engage in dialogue with people on the street. The exercise is meant to give them insights on the state of education in the country right from the stakeholders in the community. It also intends to enhance their skills in conducting dialogue and convening stakeholders—a part of the module of bridging leadership and creating connections—which they could put into good use when leading their schools districts.
