HRU PROJECT ASSOCIATE (Recruitment)

The HR Project Associate for Recruitment shall be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talented individuals to meet the Center’s manpower requirements. The person shall work closely with requesting offices/units to understand their requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

The software developer will be designing, testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and maintaining software programs for databases, applications, tools, and networks.

ACCOUNTANT

Responsible for the maintenance of accounts and preparation of financial statements of both the Center and the Provident Fund/Retirement Fund according to a standard accounting practice. Ensures availability of accurate accounting information for management reference. Implements the Center’s accounting policies and procedures.

IMU PROJECT ASSOCIATE (Social Media and Website)

The Project Associate will be tasked to create, post, and monitor content for the organization’s social media channels and website to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information.

IMU PROJECT ASSOCIATE (Publications and Dissemination)

The Project-Based Publication Assistant will assist in managing, coordinating, and implementing the publication plans and deliverables. This role includes creating, editing, and distributing publications to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information.

EMU PROJECT ASSOCIATE (Multimedia)

Provides technical inputs and support services as well as other inputs to projects, activities and tasks in organizing multimedia productions and assistance in mounting online events in support of Center programs, projects, knowledge dissemination and promotion activities for internal and external clients.

EMU ASSOCIATE (Online and Web Productions)

PProvides technical inputs and support services as well as other inputs to projects, activities and tasks in organizing web and online productions and assistance in mounting online events in support of Center programs, projects, knowledge dissemination and promotion activities for internal and external clients. 

IMU ASSOCIATE (Web Services)

Provides technical support and assistance in the planning, design, coordination and implementation of knowledge management (KM) and information sharing activities, programs and projects delivered through the Center Website and other official online channels and platforms. Includes assistance in the coordination of online campaigns, organization of events and monitoring of audience/user feedback. 

IMU SENIOR ASSOCIATE (Publications and Information Services)

Provision of technical support and inputs in the development, conceptualization and design of information and communication materials produced for and by the Center in both print and electronic formats, including implementation of programs and projects related to information and dissemination services and functions of the unit. 

Senior Project Associate (KM Services)

the incumbent shall be responsible for conceptualizing, collecting data, conducting web research, writing and editing of information and communication materials for print and web formats and undertaking project coordination tasks in support of the Center knowledge management programs and projects (i.e., Knowledge Capture and Implementation of the Results of the Audience Analysis Study).

LMIU OFFICER

Design, manage and evaluate the implementation of mid-sized and single component learning and development programs and projects.

SENIOR ASSOCIATE (Office of the Director)

Provide technical and administrative support on research projects and activities of the Office Director in relation to the Center’s mandate and mission and vision.

ASSOCIATE (Office of the Director)

Provide administrative and technical support and secretarial services to the Center Director, inclusive of the Director’s representational and business development functions and act as information and reference point for the Center Director.

LPAU OFFICER

Provide technical expertise and support in the planning, development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of legal and affairs programs, projects and activities such as policy review, contracts management and compliance to relevant laws, standards, policies, rules and regulations to ensure institutional effectiveness and efficiency in achieving the Center’s quality objectives.

FIN Senior Associate
